Rockin’ Kev

A cool snap of Rockin’ Kev from the Evening Herald dating back to 1976.   The text reads: Dublin’s only genuine Teddy Boy, Kevin Connolly, keeps on rocking at the R. & R. Disco. I had the pleasure of meeting Kevin at the Magnet reunion earlier this year. He’s still as sharply dressed as ever! [...]

So ‘Sir’ David ‘Ram Jam’ Rodigan, legendary British reggae DJ, told the packed crowd in Twisted Pepper last night halfway through his amazing 2.5hr set. Definitely one of the best gigs I’ve been to in Dublin. Everyone should see this guy in action at least once in their lives.
